This role is for ALIS Regional Manager for the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) for the Western 1 Continental United States (CONUS) Region (Luke AFB, Hill AFB, Ogden Depot and Eielson AFB).

The West 1 ALIS Regional Manager is responsible for interfacing with customers within their region, personnel management of the ALIS administration team in their region and interfacing in F-35 flight / maintenance activities with assigned personnel. In addition, the Regional Manager performs Cost Account Management (CAM) responsibilities for their regional.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Traveling throughout the assigned region (which may also encompass deployed locations) to support the customer(s) and ALIS administrators
• Personnel Management including, but not limited to, employee recruitment/retention, selection and training, performance assessments, work assignments, salary, rewards/recognition, disciplinary actions and career development
• CAM for ALIS Administration in Region (both annualized and non-annualized)
• Regular Communications with a variety of Stakeholders

This is an operational support role that includes a number of combat-coded fighter units, so the selected candidate may be required to work at deployed CONUS/OCONUS locations, support rotating shifts, and work over 40 hours per week—which may include weekends—as dictated by mission requirements.

Basic Qualifications
Candidates must hold an active DoD Secret clearance with a background investigation closure date within the last 6 years and be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.

The successful candidate will:
• Have demonstrated team leadership experience (which may include project engineering or program management experience)
• Have demonstrated financial business acumen
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be willing to work varied shifts and flexible schedules to meet customer mission requirements

Desired skills
In addition to the basic requirements above, the successful candidate may have one or more of the following:
• Hands-on experience with the JSF F-35 Autonomic Logistic Information System (ALIS) system highly desired
• Current Security+, or equivalent DoD 8140 Level II IAT Certification
• Experience training/developing personnel
• Excellent communication to all levels of the internal and customer organizations
• Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi-functional teams
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lockheed Martin’s Program Performance Management Process
• Prior system or database administration skills
• Prior fighter aircraft maintenance or field service experience
• Software Engineering Background
• Integration & Test Experience
