Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Overtime may be required including weekends.
Regular schedule is five 8-hour days: Yes
Position works rotating schedule: No

Minimum Salary: 16ALASKA: $25,100 annually, depending on experience

Job Description: Primary Functions:

Process branch and mail loan titles for Alaska

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Process titles for the branches and mail loans for the state of Alaska
2. Communicate directly with the branches and members concerning title issues.
3. Ensure accurate data entry to the VINtek title tracking system and notes placed in the tracking system.
4. Issue outstanding title report to management.
5. Ensure reports are properly maintained, current and controlled.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Education - High school graduate or equivalent.
2. Experience Required - Not Applicable.
3. Skills - Experience with problem solving capacity which routinely requires independent decision making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently. Proficiency with personal computers preferred.
4. Tenure - Title Specialist II requires performance level that meets or exceeds expectations for a duration of no less than 6 months on job training prior to being promoted. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure. Must have completed all University training classes pertaining to this position.
