Description: PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Technical Admin will provide Administrative support to the Project Manager. This can include, but is not limited to, room billeting, flight booking, badge request s, time card maintenance, report generating and processing of technician training requests. The above duties shall be performed with a high degree of attention to detail while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Hours of work: 12.5 hours per day (may be longer as conditions demand), 7 days per week on a rotational schedule (2x2 or 3x3). Pay is hourly, subject to straight time and overtime. Employees are responsible for travel costs to Anchorage or Fairbanks, AK. Job is located in Prudhoe Bay Alaska.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client interaction
Execute the responsibilities of a Technical Admin according to lawful and ethical standards ensuring that both Internal and External client needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner. Uphold, safeguard, and promote Acuren s values and philosophy relating particularly to confidentiality, ethics, integrity, safety, quality and corporate responsibility.
Tasks
Administrative Support for Project Manager.
Report Generation - compiling data for meetings and statistics.
Maintain Billeting for Acuren employee and guests.
Responsible for booking flights, both on and off the slope, for Acuren employees.
Responsible for Time sheet maintenance and storage, following Alaska State labor laws.
Responsible for Payroll Roster updates and maintenance.
Maintain Daily count, updates and various trackers, as required.
Audit flights and billeting on a weekly basis.
Process, track and maintain files for employee training requests
Take and file daily toolbox/safety meeting minutes
Provides support to HSET for weekly and monthly reporting needs
Employee supervision
Assist workgroups in balancing planned work, ensuring minimal NO SHOWS or DROP INS .

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Knowledge
Formal training as an Administrative Assistant and office practices and procedures.
Able to demonstrate competency in numerous Microsoft programs, including but not limited to, Outlook and Word.
Advanced skills in Excel
Excellent data management skills.
Experience
Greater than 3 years as an Administrative Assistant
3+ years North Slope process / procedures exposure.
Specific Skills
High attention to detail is essential for this position.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong computer skills.
Good time management skills with ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis.
Easily adapts to changes in the work environment; able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work in both cold and hot climates.
