Job: Project Manager

Jobing Description

Plan and manage personnel, logistics, and execution of projects.

Supervise foremen and trade labor

Assist in identifying and recruiting qualified trade labor

Ingrain Alutiiq Oilfield Solutions safety culture into all subordinate employees

Interface with clients including, but not limited to, facility managers, safety managers, and project managers

Lead marketing effort in identifying and soliciting new work

Help clients identify coatings needs and solutions

Prepare quotes, estimates, and bids

Prepare reports for clients and supervisors

Review and approve subordinates time sheets

Anticipate upcoming needs and communicate needs with supervisors

Identify training needs for foremen and trade labor

Work closely with HSE and QA/QC in planning and executing projects

Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

Bachelors or higher degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience, in project management, industrial technology, or related field

Minimum 10 years professional experience in construction management fields, with at least 5 years management experience on the North Slope oilfields of Alaska

NSTC Unescorted (ASH 2010) with H2S Awareness module.

Experience in construction project plan development

Experience with project management software required.

Experience in construction project logistics and scheduling

Experience in environmental remediation

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Familiarity with construction project cost accounting

Familiarity with business management operations

Ability to communicate professionally, with both spoken and written English

Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.

Must be an Alaska resident.

Preferred:

Experience with Primavera P6 preferred

Hazardous Waste Operations Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Supervisor certification preferred.

Schedule: Rotation 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off typical 7x 12-hour days typical.
