Functional Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for conducting learning and task analysis with a diverse group of individuals. The incumbent will also be responsible for the development of story boards, development of learning objectives, training diverse groups and problem solving with trainees. The incumbent will work with minimal supervision.
Education and Typical Years Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Prefer majors or experience in communications, instructional design, training or related fields. Also prefer experience with training in small group and individual settings.
